1. No Medical Advice — No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The information on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such.
This website does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Dr. Roslyn Migdale, M.D., D.C., or any affiliated medical practice. A physician-patient relationship is established only after an in-person evaluation, a formal agreement to provide medical care, and mutual consent to proceed with treatment. Submitting a message through the contact form on this website does not constitute or create a physician-patient relationship.
The educational content on this site regarding pain conditions, procedures, and treatments is provided to help the general public understand these topics. Individual medical conditions vary significantly. Nothing on this website should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice from a physician who has examined you and is familiar with your medical history.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
Descriptions of procedures, treatments, and outcomes on this website represent general clinical information and are not guarantees of individual results. Patient outcomes depend on many individualized factors including diagnosis, overall health, adherence to treatment, and other variables. No physician can guarantee a specific result.
2. Board Certification Status
In the interest of accurate disclosure regarding the term "board certified," the following information is provided:
Dr. Migdale holds a Certificate of Attainment from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) evidencing satisfactory completion of Parts I, II, III, IV, and Physiotherapy Examinations (Certificate No. 118099, 2008). She is licensed by the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners (License No. DC-31145).
Dr. Migdale has passed the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPM&R) Part 1 examination (August 2025) and has Part 2 scheduled for May 2026. Upon successful completion of Part 2 and all ABPM&R requirements, she will be eligible for full board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She is not yet fully board certified in PM&R. The term "board certified in PM&R" will only be used after all certification requirements have been met and certification has been formally conferred by ABPM&R.
Dr. Migdale is currently completing an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (2025–2026). Eligibility to sit for the ABPM&R Pain Medicine subspecialty examination follows successful completion of the fellowship. She is not yet board certified in Pain Medicine. The term "triple board certified" on this website refers to Dr. Migdale's pathway toward certification in three disciplines — Chiropractic (complete), PM&R (in process), and Pain Medicine (pending fellowship completion) — and is used to describe this credential trajectory, not to represent current completed board certification in all three fields.
The term "board certified" is used only where the applicable board certification has been formally conferred by a recognized certifying organization such as a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). This website will be updated promptly upon the conferral of any additional board certifications.
